The Upgraded by Finbow service can significantly increase the durability, and lengthen the maintenance interval, of your rolls by using patented Finbow solutions. The roll can be modernized by adding features that are required by its intended new position. The scope of use of a roll in a certain position can be expanded using locking brackets.

We deliver a report, including an analysis of the condition of the roll and its suitability for its current position and usage as well as recommendations for further measures, for each roll that we service. Based on these recommendations, the customer can select the most suitable maintenance operations or modernization for their rolls.

Modernization is a cost-efficient way of improving the suitability of a roll for a more demanding position through combining the working parts of the existing roll to advanced Finbow solutions.
